


Barbra and Ron truly are real life "Sweethearts". They first met on the stage of "Les Miserables" performing the young romantic leads of "Marius" and "Cosette". The story they often tell is that after being married on stage hundreds of times, they decided to do it for real!
Barbra is a native of Avenel, New Jersey and started performing locally in musicals while attending the College of Saint Elizabeth at Covent Station, New Jersey. There she majored in History and Music Performance and studied classical voice. During her last year at college she won first place in "The Florence Boughton Young Artist Competition" and within a year was performing the lead role of "Cosette"in "Les Miserables". Other theatrical credits include leads in "The Little Shop of Horrors", "Oklahoma", "Side by Side by Sondheim", "The Mystery of Edwin Drood" and her favorite "Louisa" in "The Fantastiks".
Barbra Recently recorded a song for the new "Pokemon" album and can be heard on numerous jingles and commercial voice-overs. She has had the pleasure of performing with stars ranging from Queen Latifa to Tony Bennet.
Ron a native of Oglesby, Illinois musical career began at the age of nine when he performed in the role of "Winthrop" in "The Music Man" at LaSalle-Peru High School in Illinois. Throughout his high school years he performed in the entertainment band "Directions" and was an accomplished trumpet player selected to be a member of the "All State Jazz Band". Upon completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from the University of Illinois, he performed professionally at "Opryland USA" in Nashville TN. Ron is the only actor to have played both male leads of "Marius" and "Jean Valjean" in "Les Miserables". Other Broadway credits include original productions of "The Scarlet Pimpernel", "The Civil War", and with Tim Rice and Alan Menken in Disney's "King David". He performed as "the stoker" Fred Barret in "Titanic" and off-Broadway as Patrick Finnegan in "Finnegan's Farewell". Ron's television credits include two appearances on "The Rosie O'Donnel Show", "The Tony Awards" on CBS, “The National Arthritis Telethon”, and halftime at the "NBA All Star Game" in Madison Square Garden.
While on tour in Singapore their voices caught the attention of the Singaporean government. From this meeting they recorded two albums "A River in Time", and "The Land of a Thousand Dreams". This was followed by a concert for the Prime Minister and the President of Singapore and the two CD's were released throughout Asia. Barbra and Ron were the American producers for these albums, which were recorded with the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra of China. They have performed concerts at the New York Athletic Club, The Belmont Stakes, NYC The Friars Club, and all across America.
Barbra and Ron have now moved behind the scenes and are the lead producer for the Broadway bound musical "A Tale of Two Cities" by Jill Santoriello. The musicals CD is being sold throughout the US and Europe. The show has been featured on Joe Franklin's Radio program, a one hour special on Radio Berlin's program "It's Music Time", and critically acclaimed in England in the magazine "Masquerade". The show has a production team, which includes Steven Sondheim’s legendary conductor Paul Gemignani as Musical Director and will begin a workshop in the spring of 2004.
Barbra and Ron have collaborated on many successful and rewarding projects,
however their most successful production by far and dearest to their hearts
is their daughter Samantha and her little brother Logan Henry.
